Flavorful Fried Rice Delight

Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked white rice
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
2 large eggs
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked and then mix with the vegetables.
Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, breaking up any clumps of rice.
Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and mix well to combine.
Add the chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
