- 500g of pizza dough
- 200g of mozzarella cheese
- 150g of tomato sauce
- 50g of fresh basil leaves
- 30ml of olive oil
- 1g of salt
- 1g of black pepper
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Baking tray
- Rolling pin
- Mixing bowl
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking tray.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tear the mozzarella cheese into pieces and distribute them over the sauce.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top.
- Drizzle olive oil on the cheese and sauce.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
