Cherry Tomatoes Pasta

 


INGREDIENTS 

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 300g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 50g fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Colander
  • Wooden spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine with the tomato mixture.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil.
  • Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
