Classic Beef Burger with Toppings

Ingredients:

500g of ground beef

4 burger buns

4 slices of cheddar cheese

1 large onion

1 large tomato

1 head of lettuce

Ketchup

Mustard

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape it into 4 equal patties.

Cook the burgers on the grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger to melt.

While burgers are cooking, slice the onion and tomato, and wash the lettuce leaves.

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill if desired.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, then adding onion, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard as preferred.
