Classic Turkey Club Sandwich

Ingredients:


4 slices of whole grain bread

200g of turkey breast, sliced

4 slices of bacon

1 large tomato, sliced

2 leaves of romaine lettuce

4 slices of cheddar cheese

Mayonnaise to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Toaster

Instructions:


Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

On one slice of toasted bread, spread a layer of mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

Layer turkey breast slices on top of the mayonnaise.

Add a slice of cheese, tomato slices, and a leaf of romaine lettuce.

Place two slices of bacon on top, then add another slice of toasted bread.

Repeat the assembling process for the other sandwiches.

Top with the final slice of toasted bread and cut diagonally in half before serving.
