Ingredients:
200g of all-purpose flour
50g of unsweetened cocoa powder
250g of granulated sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
2 large eggs
120ml of whole milk
60ml of vegetable oil
2 tsp of vanilla extract
120ml of boiling water

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Slowly stir in the boiling water until the batter is thin and smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
